Using WiFi, SURE Universal is compatible with numerous smart TVs and media streamers, including Samsung, LG, Android, Roku, Kodi, and Amazon FireTV.

★ User Permissions ★

SURE Universal adheres to a strict privacy policy (please refer to the website link below) that ensures the protection of user data with no unauthorized access. The app does not require users to sign in to operate the remote control. During installation, the app requests user permissions for the following purposes:

1. Identity - Necessary for billing in case users wish to subscribe to the ad-free version
2. Location - Used for advertising and future IoT features
3. Photos/Media/Files - Required for streaming media from the phone to a Smart TV
4. Microphone - Access to the microphone for voice commands
5. WiFi - Used for connecting to a Smart TV
6. Device ID & Call Info - Enables muting a Smart TV when the user's phone rings (can be enabled or disabled in the settings)
